Womens Shoes Size 5.5 Wide

They are my big feet?

I'm 5'5 and wears a size 0.5 in women's shoes 10. I have 14 now and I wore this size since I was 11 years and never thought much. I recently started to notice other women's feet are like so small! My feet are narrow, not wide. So my feet are considered "large"?

I have 14 years, too, but size 11 shoes. Yes, this is considered large, but well, I can not help.
