1) Men´s size 7 = ? In U.S. shoe size
2) Women´s size 5 = ? In U.S. shoe size
The latest website I used has both sizes at an 8 in U.S.
Another site has 8.5 for a menś 7

In men’s sizes you have to add 2 numbers, that is, a size 7 in Mexico would be a 9 in the US.
In women’s sizes you add 3 numbers. A Mexican size 5, would be an 8 in the US.
