Woman Shoes Lot Sales
REFUND? shoes? what to do next?
Heyy im doing business courework. but i dont understand how to deal with this.
‘You have been working at Snappy Shoes a designer shoe shop as a sales assistant.The shop sells quality designer shoes for men,women and children.One day,Mrs Grand a middle class women walks into the shop to buy a pair of designer shoes for a wedding.
Mrs Grand is a very demanding customers and spends over an hour asking questions and trying on lots of different shoes.Finally shes decides on a pair of wedding shoes that cost 450 pounds.
Two weeks later tihs customer returns to the shop,she is angry and complains that the shoes have hurt her feet.She demands a refund although the shoes have been worn..!”
How can i respond to ‘Mrs Grands’ needs?

No refund if they’ve been worn, simple as that. You don’t have to engage in any conversation with the woman after you’ve told her that. If she refuses to leave, call the police and have her physically removed. Cheeky mare that she is – i wish she’d come in to my shop as i’d sort her out!!!
