English Field boot sizing trouble?

I’m sizing myself for english tall boots, and i’m having trouble trying to find my size. I followed the directions for sizing and this is what I got. (for my lower legs)
Height:15 1/2 inches
Width (widest part of calf): 15 inches
Shoe size: 10 (boots)
Now, I looked at the women’s boot sizing chart because my shoe size is larger than any of the kids shoe sizes. The problem is is that the height for women’s legs start at 18 1/4 inches. The Ariat website says that field boots are expected to drop about 3/4 or 1/2 inch. but my height of my leg is still about 3 inches away from the shortest size?!

Are you sure you measured your height correctly?
The height should be measured from the middle of the knee at the back to the ground.
Unless you’re about 4 feet tall, your leg height should be at least 17 inches. Even my coach, who is 5’1″, is 17 1/4″ in height.

I would try measuring again. If that still fails, go into a tack store and ask the employees to fit them to you. You can also always have boots custom made if you’re absolutely positive you have the right height.
